"Kurt is just ridiculously legit!! A++ all the way. We switched over to him a few years back, when our then-agent moved locations and also became increasingly nonresponsive. We've never regretted the switch. Far from it, in fact, as Kurt is FANTASTIC. Probably the most noteworthy quality is SUPER fast responsiveness on pretty much any query, large or small. Need to change a single jewelry item on a rider? DONE. Need to remove collision from car insurance because the vehicle is in storage? DONE. I've actually never had an agent who was so responsive; and this became immediately apparent a few weeks back, when after MANY years of no incidents I managed to snag the rear quarter panel of our Prius on a trailer hitch.
